Rob has been successfully treating patients with TMJ and headache disorders for 20 years. Aware that every person has a unique lived experience with their injury, he looks to provide holistic solutions to help improve their quality of life and performance in their chosen activities. Using evidence-based therapies and tailored exercise programs he works with you to help achieve your optimum health.

With a lifelong desire to learn, Rob was fortunate to further his postgraduate studies at the University of South Australia and Australian Institute of Sport. In parallel with his private practice work, he has spent his whole professional career working with various sporting organisations, mostly in Australian rules football, working for amateur, WAFL and AFL clubs.  He was involved in research on hip and lumbar injuries in elite field hockey players and has worked in motor sport from kart to supercar level.  He has also worked as a clinical tutor in Anatomy for the University of Notre Dame and has lectured on TMJ disorders.  â€‹

With the increasing incidence of concussion in sport, Rob undertook training with CCMI – a world-renowned concussion management and education institution based in Canada, to help patients recover from concussion in the shortest possible time.

He has a desire to use this knowledge and skills to help people suffering from these conditions. This meshes into his   special interest in treating headaches, orofacial and jaw pain, where he has formed professional relationships with dentists, doctors and pain specialists around Perth.

Rob is happily married with two children.  He tries to keep sane by running, paddling and playing bad golf, and has recently returned to playing cricket, which his own body is not too happy about.
